This is being posted VERY late. But better late than never, right?

Let me start by saying that BookTubeAThon has been one of the best things I've ever participated in! I love all of the twitter sprints, reading challenges, and the hilarious videos. This community is so supportive and fun. I'm so glad I decided to participate! I'm going to be going through day by day. Some days I decided to adapt the video challenges and other days I opted out. I'll include the challenges in this post.

Day 1 Monday, July 24th

The video challenge for today, hosted by JesseTheReader, was to make a book monster. Basically, using the book you were reading you had 30 seconds to flip through and find words to make a name. Then 30 seconds to flip through and find characteristics about your monster. Finally you had a minute to draw your monster. I took a longer than a minute to draw mine.

The book I read during day 1 was King's Cage by Victoria Aveyard. It is the third book in her Red Queen Series. I only was able to read 79 pages today because I was gone most of the day :( .

Day 2 Tuesday, July 25th

The video challenge for today, hosted by NayaReadsandSmiles, was called Say My Name. The challenge was to spell the name of your current read either using book spines or physically spelling it out with books. I decided to put a twist on it. I spelled out the book title physically then the main character's name with book spines. So I spelled out King's Cage using books. Then I spelled out the main character's name, Mare Barrow, using book spines

I ended up reading 310 pages today! Some from King's Cage and some from Juniper Lemon's Happiness Index. I participated in the twitter sprints that went from 11pm-1am EST hosted by @raesterling. There were some hilarious Bookish Mad Libs, which I loved so much. Just being a part of the sprint was the moment I realized how much I loved this event already. I recommend going and joining in on twitter sprints, they are a blast.

Day 3 Wednesday, July 26th

The video challenge for today, hosted by readbyzoe, was to film a book scene. Unfortunately, I couldn't participate in this challenge because I was not at home for the majority of the day. But, I did read 691 pages today! Sitting in a waiting room is a great place to read! I read, and finished, King's Cage. Also I started Windfall by Jennifer E. Smith and finished it. I also listened to some of Juniper Lemon's Happiness Index. So today I finished 3 reading challenges. #3 finish a book in one day, #4 read about a character that is very different from you, and finally #6 read a book you bought because of the cover. Today I once again participated in twitter sprints. I also decided to enter the Instagram challenge. Here is my #btatreflect.

Day 4 Thursday, July 27th

Today's video challenge, hosted by Hannah from A Clockwork Reader, was to cosplay. I had originally planned to cosplay as Cress from the Lunar Chronicles but real life got in the way :( . But I was able to read outside for a little while! (picture featuring my pup)

Today I started P.S. I Still Love You and Six of Crows. Since I was out and about for most of the day I was only able to read 246 pages. I made a little more progress in Juniper Lemon's Happiness Index too. Once again I participated in twitter sprints My favorite for today was hosted by @raeleenmay from 11pm-1am EST. We were challenged to put together a sentence using coordinates, they were set up (line #, word #). So using the coordinates, (2,6); (7,4); (12,1); (5,5); and (3,9), my sentence was: Still face she who calls. Today wasn't a great reading day in terms of pages but fun twitter sprints always make it better!

Day 5 Friday, July 28th

The video challenge for today, hosted by littlespider9, was to create a class reading list. I did not complete this challenge sadly. Today I participated in the twitter sprints and the Instagram challenge. The Instagram challenge for today was your #btatyum. Basically you post a picture with your favorite reading snack. Mine is Iced Honey Jasmine tea.

My favorite twitter sprints from today were hosted by @kayleyhyde from 11pm-1am EST. In this sprint we had to count how many times we read the word hand in our sprint and make a spill related to the book we were reading to enter to win a copy of Spill Zone by Scott Westerfeld. I counted 26 times that hand was mentioned and, since I was reading Six of Crows, I came up with a spill of crows.

Today I read some of Six of Crows, P.S. I Still Love You, and finished Juniper Lemon's Happiness Index. This book complete challenge #1, read a book with a person on the cover. Today came to a total of only 223 words but it was still super fun.

Day 6 Saturday, July 29th

Today's video challenge was by booksandlala and it was called the "Minute of Names". We were challenged to spell our first name using books as many times as we could in two minutes. Here is my attempt (in the slideshow). I used The Battle of the Labyrinth, Everything Everything, Cress, Crooked Kingdom, and Allegiant to spell my name, Becca. Today I also participated in some twitter sprints again. From 11am-2pm EST, I played in the BookTubeAThon Scavenger Hunt hosted by @booksandlala.

Today I read 531 pages and finished two books! I finished P.S. I Still Love You and Six of Crows. And in doing so I completed challenges #2 and #5.

Day 7 Sunday, July 30th

Today's challenge was by Ariel Bissett and it was called Book Stories. We were supposed to tell one of our favorite stories about our experiences with books. So here's mine:

One day in my "library" class time my entire first grade class had the opportunity to go and grab a book to take home over the weekend. I generally chose one of the easy books with my friends because that's what we always did but I wanted to impress my mom. I went over and grabbed Junie B. Jones and the Mushy Gushy Valentine from the shelf and checked it out. I was so excited to show my mom when I got home and she was so very proud of me for getting a chapter book. That is when my love for reading sparked and it only grew from there.

So in the end my results were:
